Introducing the risk3sixty Ecosystem

risk3sixty was founded 10 years ago because Christian Hyatt and Christian White wanted to build a business aligned to their personal values. That meant creating something special.

Not special in the sense of it's just "different" but in the sense that it meant something personal to each individual who encountered it.

The last decade has been spent bringing that vision to life. It is now referred to as The risk3sixty Way.

The risk3sixty Way is built on a foundation of operating principles. These principles guide everything that risk3sixty produces.

There are three layers that build from the inside out.

  1. The five core values represent our business belief system. They guide our decision making.
  2. The core values are manifested through our operational strategy flywheel. The flywheel brings the values to life through a strategic logic that gains momentum over time and drives the core values deeper into the DNA of the business.
  3. The flywheel is tactically applied through the Management Operating System (MOS). Tactical execution is realized through an adherence to the MOS.

Every decision that has been made over the last decade has strengthened the three-layer relationship of the core values, the strategy flywheel, and the MOS.

This framework has brought to life three distinctly different, but genetically similar, product lines. These product lines work independently and also together as one unit to serve the CISO of sub-enterprise and enterprise companies.

Many CISOs are underwater, carrying the weight of security and the liability of a breach on their shoulders. They want to strategically invest in their teams, but the fires keep popping up.

Compliance is an afterthought as a mechanism to secure the company more effectively and now AI is putting budget pressure on them that mandates they do even more, with even less.

Where do they turn?

The risk3sixty ecosystem provides a comprehensive answer to this. Armada Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) works to take all of the downstream security noise and synthesize it into a stable stream of information that is vetted, contextually relevant, and most importantly - actionable.

As they get their head above water while Armada covers their exposure points, they begin to be able to invest in more strategic compliance that moves the needle for security posture.

ethOS is there to help them navigate the growing complexity of their multi-framework compliance programs.

Advisory from a world-class consulting team helps them realize the reality they've been striving for which is finally being able to manage this sprawling program through a single pane of glass, fullCircle.

The mandate to do more with less is realized through agentic AI implementations into fullCircle. The xLM suite of agents helps them to free up valuable time across the team to finally be able to collaborate across security, compliance, and every other business function.

A flywheel of their own begins to spin creating a compounding effect that continuously drives better security posture and cleaner assurance operations.

The ability to offer these CISOs all of this under one roof provides something that no one else on the market can - seamless collaboration and communication across security and compliance.

Their historically siloed organizations begin to open up and provide value across the aisle. Layer that with the assurance and trustworthiness of the The risk3sixty Way and the CISO now has something more valuable than any single vendor can supply.

We become the well they draw success from. And we do it the right way, for them.

Why?

Because it is a worthy mission. It's simply the right thing to do.
