Request an Appeal
You may request reconsideration of a decision made by risk3sixty ISO Certifications for reasons concerning incompetent or prejudiced assessment results, including disagreements pertaining to audit findings, severity classifications, assessment approach, and enforced deadlines.
Appeals regarding nonconformities or application denial should be directed to isocertifications@risk3sixty.com or the relevant engagement manager. Appeals are heard by a qualified independent party not involved in the decision.
Any other requests for information may be directed to isocertifications@risk3sixty.com and will be answered as promptly and completely as possible.
