When the company began leveraging AI across operations and product innovation, Ed Jones, Information Security Manager, recognized a new responsibility: Ensuring these capabilities were developed responsibly, transparently, and in alignment with Juvare’s mission.

About the Presenter: Ed Jones is the Information Security Manager at Juvare, bringing over 30 years of experience to this role. Reporting to the EVP, Chief Information and Security Officer, Ed directs and manages the company’s security program across four locations globally and ten SaaS product offerings.

About the Presenter: Grace is a Consultant on risk3sixty’s Advisory & Assurance team, leading security, privacy, and AI compliance audits and implementations. A Georgia Tech graduate with BS and MS degrees in Computer Science, she specializes in Human-Computer Interaction and AI Governance and brings a deep understanding of ISO 42001 as a certified ISO 42001 Lead Auditor.
