Kevin Ketts

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Kevin brings 25 years of seasoned executive experience leading Technology and Security teams.

Responsible for overseeing Product Management, Engineering, and Information Technology.

Kevin began his career in information security as one of the first employees at SecureWorks, where he helped pioneer intrusion prevention systems and managed security services. He has been on several technology advisory boards for start-up companies and received industry accolades.

A native of Georgia, Kevin graduated from Valdosta State University with a B.S. degree in Organizational Leadership and actively volunteers at the National Multiple Sclerosis Leadership Society since 2009.

Carlin Cole

Director of Product Management

As a Director of Product Management, Carlin helps drive the fullCircle platform’s strategic roadmap, focused on empowering organizations to simplify, scale, and sustain compliance through a control-centric approach.

With over a decade of experience spanning internal audit, enterprise software, and product leadership, Carlin brings a deep understanding of the challenges modern compliance teams face when navigating multiple frameworks. His work bridges technical design and user needs to enable scalable, evidence-driven compliance programs.

A Georgia native, Carlin holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Kennesaw State University and maintains certifications in UX design and Product Strategy. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, beekeeping, and raising chickens with his family in Charleston, South Carolina.
