Modeled After the Army Growth Model

Our training programs reflect the combination and iterative cycle of three key areas.

  1. Insitutional Knowledge
  2. Practical Experience
  3. Reflection

Our Journeyman Program Trains Tomorrow's Leaders

An intentional way that we invest in our team and organization’s growth.

This is how we continually “build craftsmen.” Over the course of six months, we take our cohort of mid-level professionals through a curriculum and process designed to help them:

  • Understand who they are. Knowing and leading oneself is a prerequisite for leading others well.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with cohort members and leaders. Leaders are communicators and relationship builders.
  • Apply their learning to develop a personal leadership action plan. This is only the beginning.
