FAQs

Can we get ISO 42001 certified today?

Yes. An accredited, independent certification body runs the audit. risk3sixty helps you build the management system, collect the evidence, and run the internal audit so you walk into the certification audit ready.

What does AIUC-1 add on top of ISO 42001?

ISO 42001 covers how you run AI: policy, risk assessment, and who owns what. AIUC-1 adds specific controls for AI agents, like limits on what tools an agent can call, prompt injection defenses, and independent testing you can't self-attest.

We already have SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Where do we start?

Map what you already have first. Access reviews, change management, and vendor reviews often carry over. The gaps tend to be an inventory of your AI systems, AI-specific risk and impact assessments, and guardrails on agents in production.
