The Position

We are looking for a full-time Program Marketing Manager who can develop and execute marketing campaigns, program and product launches. This person will drive more qualified leads and contacts into sales channels to achieve targeted and forecasted revenue goals and ROI. In addition, be responsible for increasing the velocity of the sales funnel and deliver great prospect and customer experiences with the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program project management and campaign management 
• Utilization of MAP and CRM technology (HubSpot Power User)  
• QA and testing of all program assets  
• Best Practices Management and establishing standards 
• Reports against goals and tighten the integration with the delivery and sales teams 
• Automation creation and management 
• Aligns program strategy to business strategy and sales objectives  
• Designs program architecture to account for all marketing tactics 

Preferred Background:

• 3–5 years leading inbound marketing strategies 
• Experience working with SaaS companies  
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy  

Preferred Background:

• Self-starter, curious, optimistic, and proactive 
• Attentiveness to detail and precision in delivered work and presentation  
• Deals well with ambiguity, conflict management and working cross-functionally  
• Focuses on tactics that produce revenue 
• Obsesses about data and is highly analytical
