Applications are individually reviewed and evaluated based on the qualification needed for the position.
Selected candidates will be invited for 60-minute virtual interview with Vibes.
Depending the position, candidates will be required to complete case studies to assess capability and performance.
Interviews may consist of 2-3 rounds with management and team members.
Formal Job Offer
Successful candidates are directly contacted with a verbal offer. After candidates accept the verbal offer, a formal employment offer is provided.
