“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, what are you doing for others?” – Martin Luther King, Jr.

At risk3sixty, each team member is equipped with exceptional benefits and support to be a security craftsman and serve our clients. Starting in 2020, risk3sixty began exploring opportunities to serve not only our clients, but also those in need in our community! We appreciate the opportunity to serve, especially when it’s as impactful as providing much-needed food for those in need.

One way to serve our community in Atlanta is through various local outreaches, food kitchens, and homeless shelters. Every morning in Atlanta, local charities and volunteers feed hundreds of people through food donations from non-profit organizations, colleges, high schools, and companies. In support of this mission, for Q1 2020, risk3sixty decided to contribute by providing sandwich bags for a local homeless shelter.

On Monday, February 25th, 2020, the risk3sixty team gathered during the lunch hour to prepare lunch bags filled with ham and turkey sandwiches.

Within 30 minutes, our team made 200+ sandwiches! These sandwiches were then delivered the next morning where local volunteers handed out the food to those in need.

As our team continues to grow at risk3sixty, we hope to continue serving our community. Taking a time-out from the busy day to stop and do something for others brings joy to those who volunteer and gives us a moment to pause, reflect, and be thankful for the opportunities to serve clients, our team, and the community at-large.
